Friday, 14:00 — The Jam Starts

Partner brings a concept: "Endless runner with a twist." We sketch core loops on a digital whiteboard. The team splits: one focuses on physics, the other on visual feedback.

Input: Concept Sketch → Output: Core Loop Spec

Saturday, 18:00 — Prototype & Test

Build. Test. Scale. A raw build is pushed to internal testers. The "twist" mechanic feels clunky. We pivot immediately, stripping it back to pure flow state. Metrics stabilize.

Outcome: Pivot executed in 4 hours.

Sunday, 16:00 — Polish & Handover

Juice it up. Particle effects, screen shake, haptics. The game feels alive. Source code and a build are handed over to the client for review. The cycle is ready to repeat Monday.

Result: Testable MVP delivered.
